These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Rumbla mobile application and website at rumbla.app, operated by Francisco Pizzuto, Copenhagen, Denmark.
By creating an account or using Rumbla, you agree to these Terms.
Rumbla is a mobile application that gamifies running by allowing users to conquer and steal virtual territorial zones (H3 hexagons) by physically running through them. The app includes a social feed, friend system, leaderboards, and run tracking.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Rumbla. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian must have reviewed and agreed to these Terms.
3.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.
3.2 Provide accurate information. Do not impersonate others.
3.3 You may only create one account. Multiple accounts for competitive advantage may be suspended.
You agree not to:
5.1 Territory conquest requires physically running. Rumbla does not guarantee GPS accuracy — minor inaccuracies are inherent.
5.2 Zone theft is a core mechanic. When another user runs over your hexagon, they acquire it. This is intentional.
5.3 Rankings reset weekly. All-time rankings are cumulative.
5.4 We may reverse territory gains obtained through illegitimate means. Repeated violations result in termination.
6.1 You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Rumbla a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display it within the service.
6.2 You are responsible for your content. We may remove content that violates these Terms without notice.
We provide in-app tools to block and report users. Reports are reviewed manually. We act at our sole discretion.
All content, design, and software that make up Rumbla are owned by Francisco Pizzuto. You may not copy or reproduce them without permission.
Rumbla is free to use. Optional premium features may be introduced at $4.99/month or $34.99/year. Payments are processed by Apple. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal. Beta users may be eligible for a permanent Founder Badge.
Rumbla is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Physical activity warning: Running outdoors involves inherent risk. Rumbla is not responsible for injuries or accidents. Always run safely and obey traffic laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rumbla shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark.
Delete your account anytime from Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend accounts for Terms violations.
We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days in advance.
